Booking Policy — Free Web Strategy Discovery Call Who This Call Is For The Free Web Strategy Discovery Call is available to new clients only. If you've previously worked with Illume Brands or had a discovery call, please reach out directly at hello@illumebrands.com to discuss next steps. Scheduling All discovery calls must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not available. Calls are 30 minutes and held via Zoom — a link will be sent to you automatically upon booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling We completely understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment so that your time slot can be offered to someone else. You can cancel or reschedule directly through your booking confirmation email. No-Shows If you miss your scheduled call without notice, you are welcome to rebook one additional time. Subsequent no-shows will forfeit the ability to book a free discovery call. We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours. What to Expect Once your call is confirmed, you'll receive a Zoom link and a short intake form to help us make the most of our 30 minutes together.
