Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy — Paid Project Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your kickoff session and begin the project. Projects are non-refundable once booked. Scheduling Kickoff sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Your session will be held via Zoom — a link will be sent automatically upon booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule your kickoff session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations are non-refundable as project preparation begins at the time of booking. Project Delivery Deliverables are completed after the kickoff session. Timeline is dependent on content delivery and client response time.
