Illume Brands ("Illume Brands," "I," "we" or "us") is a small web design and marketing business based in Leander, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and while working with you, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information you give us

• Contact and estimate forms: your name, email address, phone number, business details, the services you're interested in, your estimate selections and your message.
• Email list: your name and email address when you sign up for tips and updates.
• Bookings: your name, email, phone number and any answers you give when you book a call or session.
• Payments: billing details for invoices, bookings and plans. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Wix Payments). We don't see or store your full card number.
• Client onboarding: if you become a client, the business information, website and social media details, brand files and content you share so we can do the work.
• Phone calls and voicemail: if you call or text our business line, your phone number and any voicemail you leave. Our phone system stores voicemails and may transcribe them so we can get back to you.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, our website platform automatically records basic technical information such as your browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and your approximate location based on your IP address. How we use your information

• To reply to your messages, prepare estimates and proposals, and schedule calls
• To deliver the services you hire us for, including building, updating and maintaining your website
• To send invoices, take payments and keep business records
• To send tips and updates if you've signed up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the website secure and understand how it's used so we can improve it
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with others for their own advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• Wix hosts this website and runs our forms, bookings, payments and email marketing.
• Business tools for email, calendars, file storage, video calls and keeping track of client projects.
• Productivity and AI tools that help us draft content and complete client work.
• Professional advisors such as an accountant, when needed.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

If you're a client

When you give us access to your Wix account or other platforms, we may be able to see information about your own customers, such as contacts, form submissions, bookings or orders. We use that access only to do the work you've asked for, keep it confidential, and never use your customers' information for our own purposes. You can remove our access at any time.

Reviews and testimonials

If you send us a review or testimonial, we only publish it on our website or in our marketing with your permission, using only the name, business details and photo you approve. You can ask us to change or remove it at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it's useful for following up, and client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet tax and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to what we're required to keep.

How we protect it

We use reputable, secure platforms, keep account access limited, and use strong passwords and two-factor sign-in where available. No website or online service is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

• Email: unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or by asking us.
• Access, correction and deletion: email us to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy.

Depending on where you live, including Texas and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights. We'll respond to any request within the time the law allows and won't treat you differently for making one.

Children

This website is meant for business owners and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Our site links to other websites, including client sites in our portfolio. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
