Starter Sites and Found Sites launch in 5 business days, Launch Sprints in 7, Program Sites in 10 and Brand + Program Sites in about 15 (branding comes first). The clock starts once your first payment is in and I have all of your content: photos, copy (or paid copywriting) and access to your domain.

I never ask for your passwords.

You'll get a short intake form to fill out before the call. On the call we map your goals and the right package. Then I send a proposal in Wix. Signing it is your contract, and your deposit invoice is created automatically. Once it's paid, your build date is locked in.

Starter Sites and Found Sites include 1 revision round, Launch Sprints and Program Sites include 2, and Brand + Program Sites include 3. Extra or out-of-scope changes are $125 an hour, always approved by you in writing first.

Any website package can be split into 3 equal monthly payments. The first books your spot, and payments 2 and 3 are charged automatically to the same card 30 and 60 days later, so there's nothing to remember. You can also pay in full or 50/50 (half to book, half before launch). There's no interest or fee for splitting. Your first payment is non-refundable. On the monthly plan your site launches on schedule and stays in my Wix account until the final payment, then ownership moves to your Wix account. If a payment is more than 10 days late, the site may be taken offline until it's brought current, and the remaining balance becomes due.

Yes, your Wix Premium plan and domain are yours and are billed to you by Wix, never through me. Paying in full or 50/50, you buy them in your own Wix account and I walk you through which plan you need. On 3 monthly payments, your site stays in my Wix account until the final payment, so I send you a Wix payment request: you pay Wix directly for the plan with your own card, and you buy your domain in your own name. After the final payment the site transfers to your account. Wix's free plan works while we build, so nothing is due to Wix until launch.

Yes, for the first 3 months. Every new custom website starts on the Care plan ($150/month) for its first 3 months after launch, so your site is monitored and you have help while you settle in. After that it's month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.

Yes. Use the website cost calculator to pick a package, add-ons and a care plan. It shows your total, your deposit and your 3-payment breakdown, and you can send the estimate straight to me.

A Starter Site is built to get you booked: online booking and a contact form with essential SEO. A Found Site is built to get you found: no booking, but full SEO and AI-search setup, Google Business Profile and 3 service or specialty pages. Need both? That's the Launch Sprint.

Each package includes a page allowance. Extra custom pages (a unique layout, like an about or sales page) are $150 each. Service, specialty or location pages built from one template are $50 each, and Found Sites and up include 3. Needing fewer pages doesn't lower a package price; the allowance is a ceiling.

If it's a Wix site, yes. I work only in Wix, so I don't take on work in WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify or any other platform. If your site is somewhere else, I can rebuild it on Wix, and that's priced as a new build at one of the package prices. On a Wix site, adding booking, a blog, a store or memberships costs the same as the add-on during a build, and smaller jobs like content updates, fixes, image editing or a bit of custom code are $125 an hour in 30-minute steps. Care plans include hours every month.

Website copy is $150 per page, and copy for service, specialty or location pages is $75 per page. Each includes a short questionnaire, your keywords worked in and one revision round. The Brand + Program Site includes copy for up to 8 pages.

It's a website whose design is custom-coded, while Wix runs everything behind it: hosting, booking, payments, memberships, email marketing and your content. You get a one-of-a-kind, fast-loading design that isn't limited by a template, plus every Wix business tool working together in one dashboard.

Yes. All of your words, photos, prices, services and lessons live in your Wix dashboard and CMS, so you can change them there. Or connect Claude or another AI assistant to your Wix account and simply ask: “change my hours to 9 to 5” or “add a testimonial from Sarah.” I give you a written editing guide so your AI knows exactly what it can change.

Layout and design live in code, which keeps them from breaking by accident. New sections, new pages and design changes are handled by me, either through your care plan hours or at $125 an hour.

Yes. Once your site is paid in full, I transfer the Wix site, along with its Premium plan and domain, to your own Wix account. On the 3-payment plan that happens right after the final payment. I stay on as co-owner only so I can keep helping you, and you can remove me anytime.
