Service Description
Your Wix site needs work — and Jenn's going to do it. DIY Rescue is focused, heads-down build time on your Wix site. You book the hours, set the priority list, and Jenn works through it. No back-and-forth, no handoffs — just solid execution on your site for the time you paid for. Some sessions include guidance or walkthroughs if that's what you need, but mostly this is Jenn in your site getting things done. Pick the number of hours you want to book (2-hour minimum), pay in full to confirm, and she gets to work. Layout, mobile optimization, bookings, SEO setup, or anything else Wix-related — she works through your list until your time is up. $125/hour · 2-hour minimum · Pay in full to book · Wix sites only
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy — Free Web Strategy Discovery Call Who This Call Is For The Free Web Strategy Discovery Call is available to new clients only. If you've previously worked with Illume Brands or had a discovery call, please reach out directly at hello@illumebrands.com to discuss next steps. Scheduling All discovery calls must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not available. Calls are 30 minutes and held via Zoom — a link will be sent to you automatically upon booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling We completely understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment so that your time slot can be offered to someone else. You can cancel or reschedule directly through your booking confirmation email. No-Shows If you miss your scheduled call without notice, you are welcome to rebook one additional time. Subsequent no-shows will forfeit the ability to book a free discovery call. We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours. What to Expect Once your call is confirmed, you'll receive a Zoom link and a short intake form to help us make the most of our 30 minutes together. Come ready to talk about your business, your website goals, and any questions you have.
