Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Booking & Payment Paid sessions and projects require full payment at the time of booking to reserve your spot, and paid bookings are non-refundable. The Free Discovery Call requires no payment. Scheduling Please book at least 24 hours in advance — same-day booking isn't available. Sessions are held over Zoom (or phone), and your link is sent to you automatically once you book. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment so the time can be offered to someone else — you can do this right from your booking confirmation email. Paid sessions cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-Shows If you miss an appointment without notice, paid sessions are forfeited. For the Free Discovery Call, you're welcome to rebook once; repeated no-shows may limit future free bookings. We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours. What to Expect Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive your meeting link and, where needed, a short intake form so we can make the most of our time together.
