I already have a business email somewhere else. Do I need a new one?

No. Keep the email you have. If your domain is now connected to Wix, your email's mail records may need to be added to your domain so your messages keep arriving. Let me know and I'll help you check.

Can I have more than one address?

Yes. You can add more addresses for team members or departments, like sales@ or support@. Each address is its own user on your plan.

It depends on the plan and how many addresses you choose. You'll see the exact price at checkout before you pay.

What happens if I cancel my Wix plan later?

Your Google Workspace email stays active. You'd just manage its billing directly with Google instead of through Wix.

Why can't you set it up for me?

Your email is paid for with your card and protected by your password, so it should always be set up by you. I'm happy to walk you through it on a call while you do the clicking.
