I changed my email. Why are notifications still going to the old one?

Form notifications are set up in your Automations, and changing your account email doesn't update them. Let me know and I'll switch them over for you.

Can more than one person get notified?

Yes. Notifications can go to several people. I can set that up for you.

I see two demo contacts in my Inbox.

Wix adds them to new accounts as examples. You can delete them.

Where do I see what someone selected on a long form?

Open their submission in Forms & Submissions to see every answer.

Can AI answer my phone?

Yes. Alfred, Wix's AI phone agent, can answer your business calls 24/7, take messages and text callers your booking link, with a summary of every call. It's available in the US, in English, and uses AI credits from your plan. I can help you set it up.
